• Using the site means the user unconditionally accepts these Terms.
• The Company may unilaterally update these Terms by publishing the new version on the website.
• If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the site.

The website offers:

• Selection and booking of Hajj and Umrah packages.
• Informational and educational content.
• Purchase of vouchers and related products.
• Communication with the Company's managers.
• A personal account to manage bookings.

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration and when booking.
• Not use the site for unlawful activities and not interfere with its operation.
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the country of stay.
• Not share account credentials with third parties.

• All website materials (text, images, video, design, source code) belong to the Company or are used under valid licenses.
• Use of materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

• Service prices are listed on the website and may change. The final price is fixed in the service contract.
• Payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
• Refund terms depend on the service contract, the tour type and the timing of cancellation.

• The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• The Company is not liable for actions of third parties (airlines, hotels, government authorities) unless explicitly agreed in the contract.
• The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and, failing that, in court at the Company's registered location.
